The 2-in-1 laptop that can function at once as a tablet is no longer a novelty. Because almost all Windows-based laptop manufacturers have adopted it. But this segment still attracts attention because of its functional design. Dell, a manufacturer from the United States is definitely into this segment. One of the relatively new products we reviewed is Dell Inspiron 13 5368.

Design
Dell has a long history of creating quality laptops, from premium to low-end. Their products are known for sturdy and durable. Dell Inspiron 13 5368 is certainly not an exception. The quality of the workmanship or build quality looks very good. This product feels solid, especially on the hinges that have a central role, do not look fragile.
Dell Inspiron 13 5368 is one hybrid laptop that has a compact size and a screen with a thin bezel. So it has a wider visual on the screen size of 13 inches. This laptop is clad in dark gray and matte black color makes it look elegant.
With a thickness of only 12.87mm, Dell Inspiron 13 5368 is very compact. Its compact size makes it easy to put it in a bag and keep it comfortable to use typing. When used to type, even his keyboard feels comfortable and precise. Although for his touchpad I was less liked because it was still less responsive. Still much better to use the mouse or touch menu to the screen just because it supports touch screen.
Its sleek size makes it very easy to put in bags and taken on the go. But on the other hand, with a weight of 1.61 kg, however, this laptop feels a bit heavy when taken traveling put in a backpack.
As a hybrid device, Dell Inspiron 13 5368 can work in multi-function as needed. There is a solid 360-degree hinge that allows it to be changed in shape. There are four modes of use namely Laptop mode, Tablet mode, Stand mode, and Tint mode.
4 Usage Mode
The 13.3 Inch FHD screen of Dell Inspiron 13 5368 can be rotated up to 360 degrees allowing you to convert ordinary Laptops into multifunctional Tablets. So that users can always be in the best position to work, watch, play and mobility. This notebook has been equipped with a sturdy hinge that can change the position of the screen into four modes of use with ease.
The first mode is the Laptop to work. Powerful performance is used to work on all projects, emails, and spreadshet. Second, Tablet Mode is perfect for reading and browsing the internet. You can do this while relaxing on the sofa or in the cafe. Third, Tent mode for sharing, which is suitable for presentation with clients or sharing photos with friends. This mode is also suitable for use in narrow spaces such as cafe tables or airplane tables. Finally, Stand mode is suitable for watching movies or video conferences.
Display
Dell Inspiron 13 5368 has a 13.3 Inch screen that provides Full HD resolution (1920 X 1080), the screen size feels right for those who like mobility with a wide viewing angle so it is good to watch or see interesting content with friends.
The screen is quite sharp but does not make eyes tired quickly. Likewise with the touch screen is quite responsive. Very helpful when not using the mouse in Laptop mode, especially if using Tablet mode.
In general, when viewed straight, the colors look accurate, there are plenty of pixels that are enough thanks to 1920 x 1080 resolution and decent contrast levels. Although when the screen position is changed, it looks less comfortable to see where the color tends to look more rugged (grainy) and less bright.
Dell Inspiron 13 5368 Performance
At first, I did not expect excessive expectations in terms of performance when trying this laptop. Because the machine only uses Intel Core i3 and not the latest generation. Inside the Dell Inspiron 13 5368, there is an Intel Core i3-6100U processor.
But my guess is wrong. Apparently this laptop works quickly, stable and responsive. The process of booting or start-up was fast. Used for daily work in a multi-tasking, not even when I’m having problems. Even my laptop that uses the Intel Core i5 seventh generation is still lost. Dell has configured the hardware very well.
Technically, this processor has two Core which each has a speed of 2.3 GHz. Thanks to Intel Hyper-Threading technology the two Core’s can work twice as much as the standard Dual-Core Processor. Intel Hyper-Threading also allows the PC to run more applications at the same time with less power.
Processor performance is also supported by a powerful 4 GB RAM memory, making daily work run smoothly and more effectively without a hitch. Notebook with this compact design can be your choice to accompany the daily activities.
Then about the battery life, this laptop is not too special. You can not expect this device to work all day. With full condition and used to move normally, the average Dell Inspiron 13 5368 can last for half a day or 6 hours. So you should always carry the charger cable when traveling.
Conclusion
