Shenzhen, Gizmologi – In addition to introducing its newest smartphone series, the Find X5 Series, OPPO also introduced a new category of devices that are more relevant, especially after the COVID pandemic hit. The OPPO Pad was finally unveiled. Brings specifications that are classified as luxurious, appearing with different designs.
Rumors of the OPPO Pad design itself have started to appear a few days before its release. Of the types of devices that have not been released by OPPO, tablets are indeed the best choice, which is currently widely used as an alternative device for work other than laptops. The dimensions of the large screen are also more suitable for family use.
Appearing with a design similar to the iPad Pro, OPPO Pad has several differences. This first OPPO tablet uses a metal frame material with frosted glass on the back, free from fingerprints. Its own weight is only in the range of 500 grams, with a thickness of only 6.99mm. Released in three different color options.

OPPO Pad Screen Supported Refresh Rate 120Hz
The tablet designed two different surface finishes on the rear body. Whereat the top, the OPPO logo pattern is printed randomly—and specifically for silver, the pattern is made differently, because it is a limited Artist Edition version.
Being the most attractive part of a tablet, the OPPO Pad screen specifications are also quite luxurious. The dimensions themselves are 11 inches, use an LTPS LCD panel with a resolution of 1600p and a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen supports HDR10 and has a symmetrical bezel with a thickness of only 7mm. Not only to receive finger touch but also supports input from the stylus.
Together with the OPPO Pad, two companion accessories were introduced, namely the OPPO Pencil and the keyboard case. The OPPO stylus supports sensitivity of up to 4,096 increased pressure and can attach and charge via magnet to the tablet bezel at the same time. Claimed to last up to 13 hours of use.
On the front bezel, OPPO embeds an 8MP camera sensor for video calls. While on the back there is only one OPPO Pad camera, 13MP resolution and accompanied by a flash. Regarding security features, there is no information on whether this tablet is equipped with a fingerprint sensor or only supports face unlock.
Support OPPO Fast Charging Technology
In addition to a quality screen, OPPO Pad also has a total of four speakers on both sides of the body, providing a maximum stereo effect while supported by Dolby Atmos. For the kitchen runway, OPPO entrusts the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset as Xiaomi Pad 5. With 6/8GB RAM options and 128/256GB internal storage.
OPPO Pad will run Android 11 with a special interface, namely ColorOS for Pad. Utilizing a large screen, OPPO will present functions such as displaying smartphone screens to tablets, drag and drop features between applications, and running various applications in small window sizes, aka pop-up windows.
Even though it looks thin and light, the OPPO Pad battery capacity is quite large. Reaching 8,300 mAh, OPPO also provides 33W SuperVOOC support. The basic variant of the OPPO Pad is priced starting at CNY2,299, or around Rp. 5.2 million. While the OPPO Pencil stylus sells for CNY499 (Rp1.1 million).
