Jakarta, Gizmologi – This week, Xiaomi Indonesia launched the three newest products, which were incorporated into the Redmi Note 11 Series to target various different segments.
Previously, Xiaomi Indonesia had also presented a number of variants of the Redmi Note 10 Series. Starting from the Pro variant with a large sensor, to the 5G variant which is actually made very affordable. But this time the strategy used is quite different—instead of the cheapest, the highest option is actually equipped with 5G network support.
Xiaomi presents the Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro & Note 11 Pro 5G at once. Gizmo friends can consider the last two smartphones to be very identical, both in terms of design and features. It’s just that it uses a different chipset so that it can provide future network support.

Through the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Series, the Chinese vendor wants to present the latest option that has the best features as a whole, aka not just superior performance or camera. In addition to a more stylish design, all variants are also equipped with a large battery, fast charging support, NFC sensor, and a full HD + AMOLED screen that has a high refresh rate.
Alvin Tse, Country Director of Xiaomi Indonesia said, “as one of the best-selling smartphones that have sold up to 240 million units worldwide, the winning smartphone Redmi Note 11 Series is a shortcut choice to meet various needs.”
Redmi Note 11 Specifications
Start with the most affordable option first. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 has a slightly more square design, but the rear body still has a 2.5D curve on all four sides. This smartphone has a thickness of 8.09mm and weighs 179 grams. Oh yes, even though the screen panel is already AMOLED, all the Redmi Note 11 variants launched have a fingerprint sensor on the power button.
With dimensions of 6.43 inches, the Redmi Note 11 screen supports the DCI-P3 color standard and can light up to 1,000 nits. At the top, pinned a 13MP sensor in the form of a punch-hole. While on the back, there is a four-camera setup with the main sensor increasing in resolution, now reaching 50MP.
The other three sensors are standard in today’s smartphones; 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro & 2MP depth. Xiaomi also equips it with a triple SIM slot, stereo speakers, infrared sensors, and the latest MIUI 13 interface. The battery capacity is 5,000 mAh and supports 33W fast charging. Can charge from zero to full in just 61 minutes.
Duo Redmi Note 11 Pro Series Brings a 108MP Camera
Unlike the standard variant, the Redmi Note 11 Pro Series duo carries a flat design on the front, back, and sides. The back body uses glass material, with different layers according to color choices. The screen specifications are the same, namely 6.67 inches with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz.
The camera setup of the two is slightly different. If the 4G variant has a 108MP main sensor plus three other complementary sensors like the regular Redmi Note 11, the 5G variant actually loses a depth sensor. So that the portrait photos will be produced purely from the capabilities of the software. In addition, of course, what is different is the chipset.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G runs the Helio G96 chip from MediaTek which is quite popular for a long time, while the 5G variant runs the Snapdragon 695 which is much more energy-efficient. Even though the numbers are declining, Xiaomi dares to claim that the benchmark score for the chip will be higher than the Snapdragon 700 series chips in the previous generation.
Unfortunately, due to chipset limitations, the Redmi Note 11 Pro Series can only record videos up to 1080p resolution. But interestingly, the charging process for this smartphone duo only takes 15 minutes to reach 50%, thanks to the support for fast charging 67 watts. Relax, Xiaomi includes an adapter with the maximum speed for each of its new smartphone variants.
