Marvel’s SpiderMan 2 Storyline
Marvel’s SpiderMan 2 melanjutkan petualangan Peter Parker dan Miles Morales, dua Spider-Man yang kini bekerja bersama untuk melindungi kota New York. The story begins as the duo face a new challenge with the dual threat of two iconic villains: Kraven the Hunter, a master hunter who comes to the city in search of the strongest prey, and Venom, a symbiotic creature that wreaks havoc in New York. At the beginning of the game, Peter gains new powers after uniting with the Venom symbiote, but these powers begin to affect his personality and make him more aggressive, causing tension between him and Miles.
As the story progresses, Peter must fight against the dark influence of the Venom symbiote, while Miles attempts to take on greater responsibility as a more independent Spider-Man. The two face a series of missions to stop Kraven from hunting them down and taking control of the city. At the same time, they also have to deal with personal challenges, such as Peter’s strained relationship with MJ due to her behavioral changes, and Miles’ attempts to keep his family safe and live his teenage life.
The climax of the story in Spiderman 2 occurs when Venom fully possesses someone close to Peter, causing an emotional and intense battle. Peter and Miles must eventually reunite to defeat this threat, while learning to overcome their differences. Peter, with the help of Miles, finally manages to break free from the symbiote’s influence and restore his emotional balance. Peter decided to focus on his life outside of being Spider-Man, while Miles began to take on a bigger role in safeguarding New York. The game ends on a hopeful note, but also hints at new threats to come in the future, paving the way for the next adventure.
