David Weston, Microsoft director of Enterprise and OS Security said working with Samsung on the Galaxy Book2 Pro series is the next chapter in its collaboration to remove barriers between different operating systems and bring Microsoft’s best apps and services to the Galaxy Ecosystem.

“Delivering the first consumer PCs with the Microsoft secure core PC designation is an important step in this effort because today’s consumers deserve the same security protections they get in the office as they do when working remotely,” he said.

The Galaxy Book2 Pro series features the latest 12th Gen Intel Core processors that enable users to work, make video calls, and play games with smooth and reliable performance. Samsung continues its proud partnership with Intel, ensuring full processor optimization with Galaxy Book2 Pro series hardware and software.

Jim Johnson, Senior Vice President and interim general manager of the Client Computing Group at Intel Corporation, said: “We are working to continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in our long-term partnership with Samsung through increased resources, deeper platform integration.

“We are optimizing more using the latest 12th Gen Intel Core processors. With the Galaxy Book2 Pro series, the results speak for themselves. These are some of the lightest, thinnest and most powerful PCs we’ve ever worked on,” said Jim.

With video calling now a part of everyday life, the Galaxy Book2 Pro series is enhanced for a high-quality calling experience every time it’s connected. This laptop has a 1080p FHD webcam with a wider field of view. The Studio Mode feature is also enhanced with various new features, including Auto Framing which keeps it centered even when moving around the frame.

To complete the video experience, the GREENGUARD-certified AMOLED display is now brighter and clearer. While the audio on the Galaxy Book2 Pro series is also enhanced with two-way AI Noise Canceling. In addition, the Max 5W 12 Smart Amp output delivers balanced sound at louder volumes. The Galaxy Book2 Pro series also supports AKG and Dolby Atmos sound technologies.

Interested in having it? The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro will be available in Graphite and Silver color options. The Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 will be available in Burgundy, Graphite, and Silver. However, there is still no information on when this device will be marketed in Indonesia.
