Jakarta, Gizmology – ASUS officially introduced the ROG GR70 Gaming, the first gaming mini PC in the ROG line, delivering desktop-grade performance in a size under three liters. This product marks ASUS's next step in delivering a more compact, high-powered gaming solution while maintaining the signature ROG performance.
The ROG GR70 is powered by an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 or 5060 laptop GPU, claiming to deliver high performance for a variety of needs, from gaming and content creation to streaming. ASUS also equips this device with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, providing the network stability today's gamers need.
Beyond performance, ASUS features the ROG QuietFlow cooling system with three fans that keep temperatures low without producing significant noise. With its compact chassis design and distinctive appearance, the ROG GR70 is designed for gamers who want a powerful yet stylish device.
Maximum Performance in a Mini Design

The ROG GR70 uses an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processor, which is the brain of the ROG GR70, built on the Zen 5 architecture with 16 cores and 32 threads, enhanced with second-generation AMD 3D V-Cache technology. This technology enables significant performance improvements in high-resolution gaming and heavy multitasking.
Combined with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 or 5060 laptop GPU, this mini PC is capable of running modern games at high frame rates thanks to the support of NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and DLSS 4 technology. The AI-based Multi Frame Generation feature can even increase FPS performance up to three times the original frame rate, resulting in a smoother and more responsive gaming experience.
With up to 96GB of DDR5 memory and PCIe Gen 5 SSD storage, the GR70 focuses not only on speed but also on power efficiency and durability for long-term use. This hardware combination makes it a perfect mini PC for professional gamers and content creators who need massive power without compromising on space.
Premium Class Connectivity and Cooling

ASUS also equipped the ROG GR70 with the latest connectivity, including eight USB ports and support for up to five simultaneous 4K monitors. DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1 ports ensure high flexibility, both for multi-screen work and complex streaming setups.
Integrated Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 technology further enhance its all-round appeal. With Multi-Link Operation support, users can enjoy optimal download speeds and network stability, particularly useful for online gaming or the frequent major system updates gamers undergo.
The ROG QuietFlow cooling system is another key element of the GR70. With three fans and high-tech heatpipes, ASUS claims the device can keep noise levels below 4,5 dB(A) even under heavy workloads. This approach makes the GR70 not only powerful but also comfortable for long-term use.
Modern Design and Easy Upgrading
Despite its compact size, ASUS retains the ROG's signature aggressive design, featuring sharp accents and a silver-white lightbar on the front. Its appearance is designed to be a focal point in modern gaming setups, while remaining practical for users who prioritize space efficiency.
ASUS also offers a toolless design, allowing users to replace or add internal components with just a single screw. The Q-Latch system simplifies the installation of an M.2 SSD, while two DDR5 memory slots support expansion up to 96GB, providing more flexibility for users looking to increase performance in the future.
On the software side, this mini PC is supported by ROG Armoury Crate for hardware monitoring, fan control, and automatic overclocking profile settings. This platform allows gamers to tailor performance to the type of game or activity they're playing without the need for complicated manual settings.
With the launch of the ROG GR70 Gaming, ASUS once again demonstrates its ambition to expand the gaming ecosystem into a more compact yet powerful segment. This mini PC is expected to be available globally starting in the fourth quarter of 2025, bringing desktop-class gaming experiences to a much more flexible size.
