At the initial launch of Modena AC, there are three non-inverter AC variants: RA 0511 AAWH (0.5 PK), RA 0911 AAWH (1 PK), and RA 1211 AAWH (1.5 PK). All variants are equipped with technology and design that ensure high durability in various tropical weather conditions, thus providing maximum comfort and reliability for consumers.
According to Teddy Wijaya, Vice President of Marketing at MODENA, the challenges consumers face in the current AC market are primarily related to durability and maintenance. Therefore, MODENA is presenting innovations that not only focus on long-lasting product quality but also provide ease of maintenance by guaranteeing the AC will return to cooling within 48 hours. "This way, consumers can feel calmer and more confident in choosing MODENA ACs," said Teddy in a press release received by Gizmologi in Jakarta (9/10).

To address this, MODENA ACs come with DualShield coating on the indoor and outdoor units to protect against moisture, rust, and leaks. This product is equipped with an anti-rust evaporator pipe and blue fin coating for extra protection.

If within 48 hours the AC has not returned to being cold after verification and repair by an authorized technician, MODENA will replace the unit according to the damage (indoor/outdoor) within a maximum of the next 48 hours.
