Jakarta, Gizmology – MODENA officially partnered with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) in a strategic partnership signed on October 31, 2025. This collaboration marks a new step for both companies in expanding digital service integration in Indonesia, by providing telecommunications services that are part of MODENA's Seamless ecosystem.
Through this collaboration, MODENA aims to deliver a more connected, smart living experience, while Indosat strengthens its role as a connectivity provider driving digital transformation across industries. Both parties describe this collaboration as the first step toward developing services that integrate electronic devices, networks, and digital solutions into a single, mutually supportive system.
"This collaboration stems from a shared vision between MODENA and Indosat to deliver solutions that combine technology and convenience in everyday life," said Michael Jizhar, MODENA's Executive Vice President. With the support of Indosat's extensive network, this new service is expected to provide a more stable and efficient connectivity experience for users.

New Telecommunication Services in the Seamless Ecosystem
Initially, both companies will offer SIM card and postpaid data package services that can be purchased bundled and integrated directly with devices within the Seamless ecosystem. This initiative is designed to provide users with seamless connectivity while expanding the adoption of smart living technology in Indonesia.
This new service also allows customers to retain their existing Indosat numbers, so transitioning to the Seamless ecosystem doesn't require a number change. For users already accustomed to the Indosat network, this is a significant advantage, as they can immediately access the new service without losing the convenience of existing connectivity.
Going forward, the two companies plan to develop more in-depth services. Beyond data and telecommunications services, this collaboration will also open up opportunities for the development of IoT (Internet of Things)-based digital solutions that support smart living, from the home to urban mobility.
MODENA's Vision Towards an Integrated Smart Living Ecosystem
This collaboration is part of MODENA's long-term vision through the Seamless ecosystem, which connects various electronic devices and digital services into a single platform. Previously, the company introduced Seamless IoT, a smart home solution that allows users to control 17 IoT devices through a single app.
MODENA is expanding its business line by introducing MODENA Pay, a collaboration with MNC Kapital Indonesia. This digital financial service is a key component of the Seamless ecosystem, enabling more convenient transactions and payments within a single, integrated system.
