Head of Groceries Gojek, Tarun Agarwal said that GoMart has become the mainstay of the community to meet daily needs since its launch in 2019. Especially during the pandemic, GoMart's monthly gross transaction value (GTV) increased 5 times from February to October 2020.
"With the increasing trust of GoMart services by the public, we continue to strive to present new initiatives so that customers can continue to rely on them. This time, we are introducing a trained and experienced shopping assistant service, namely #EmakJago as well as attractive promos during the Harbolnas period," added Tarun through a release received by Gizmologi in Jakarta (10/12).
#EmakJago shopping assistant service can be used to shop at supermarket and hypermarket merchants that are members of GoMart including Lotte Mart. With the joining of Lotte Mart, GoMart offers fresh food ingredients such as meat, seafood, fruits and vegetables. Complete the variety of products that are also available at Alfamart, Alfamidi and Sayurbox.
To provide convenience and security, GoMart provides an order tracking feature to track orders in real-time. Partners must also enter the PIN code from the shopping receipt before completing the order. The entire order process will implement the J3K protocol from Gojek, plus the contactless delivery feature.
GoMart Special Promo to Enliven Harbolnas
The service that is part of the Gojek super app will provide attractive promos until December 14, 2020. Customers will be able to enjoy discount promos of up to 70%, plus enjoy the convenience of shopping for basic necessities thanks to a new service from GoMart.
