Attending the event also brought the SATSPAM feature, embodying the spirit of "Saling Jaga" (guarding each other) amidst the rise in digital fraud cases to protect customers.
The SATSPAM feature is an acronym for Anti-Scam & Spam Unit, powered by 5G AIvolusi technology. SATSPAM's presence at Pestapora is a continuation of IM3's anti-spam & scam movement, particularly in spaces of expression like music festivals.
This AI-based SATSPAM feature works automatically on the robust IM3 network to be smarter in recognizing and giving warnings when there are calls and SMS from suspicious numbers, becoming a symbol of how digital security can be directly felt by visitors in the festival area.

Indosat also provides special services and experiences for customers called Very IM3 Person (VIP), where VIPs can use a special queue-free entry lane at myIM3 Fast Lane, enjoy free-flow drinks and charging stations at the Chill Lounge, and enjoy various interactive experiences at POS SATSPAM booths at various points in the festival area. The customer communication experience is also supported by a strong 5G network even when enjoyed by tens of thousands of spectators at the same time.

IM3 and Pestapora Collaboration Also Present on Stage
Indosat's collaboration with Pestapora also presents a collaboration that brings the spirit of togetherness. On the Hingar Bingar stage, there were several special performances from Bernadya, Nadin Amizah, and Sal Priadi. The festival also featured the SATSPAM Flashmob Dance accompanying the Erwin Gutawa Orchestra, the SATSPAM Challenge activity involving Reza Chandika, Tristan Julianos, Abigail Cantika, Luthfi Afansyah, Tasya Kissty, and Adit Insomnia, as well as a special badminton match at the SATSPAM Smash Open with Guff Perdana and Agung Karmalogy which presented a unique and different format.
Kiki Aulia Ucup, Festival Director of Pestapora, expressed his enthusiasm, "IM3's presence adds a new layer of experience for the audience, further enriching the festival's identity with digital security.
