The OPPO F7 specs puzzle is starting to be revealed. At least in a Twitter post, it was revealed that the specifications of the smartphone that is ready to be distributed in Indonesia are similar to the one launched in India.
Yes, MediaTek via its Twitter account, Tuesday (10/4/2018) has posted that it has collaborated with OPPO to present the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology on the F7 with the Helio P60 Dual-AI-Processor chipset.

That way, all OPPO F7 devices will use the processor, although there was news that this smartphone would be powered by the Snapdragon 630 chipset or above which is the "standard" for mid-range devices. The fun thing is, this processor is fairly new because it was just introduced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 event in February and was included in the Best of MWC 2018 list from Android Authority.
Surprisingly, the Helio P60 actually has better performance than the Snapdragon 630 based on the Antutu benchmark which managed to break through a score of 139.000 which means it matches the performance of the Snapdragon 660. This is because the processor consists of 8 cores with the ARM Bog.LITTLE format consisting of 4 ARM Cortex-A73 cores found on the Helio X30 and 4 ARM Cortex-A53 cores, each of which has a running speed of 2.0 GHz.
"With the use of the latest processor, of course we are committed to providing the best for consumers. This processor has proven to have high performance to run various multimedia features and games that are quite heavy. In addition, with the support of the Dual-Core AI Processing Unit, OPPO F7 is able to run AI features faster," said Aryo Meidianto Aji, PR Manager of OPPO Indonesia through an official statement received Gizmology.
With the use of the Helio P60 processor, it means that the OPPO F7 specifications for the Indonesian market are no different from those introduced for the Indian market. Including the types that will be sold, namely the 4 GB RAM / 64 GB ROM and 6 GB RAM / 128 GB ROM versions with Solar Red, Moonlight Silver, and Diamond Black color variants.

Then what about the price? As is known, OPPO F7 4 GB / 64 GB is sold for 21.990 rupees or around Rp. 4,6 million and the 6 GB / 128 GB type for 26.990 rupees or around Rp. 5,5 million. Unfortunately, in this case OPPO has not provided further confirmation.
