Jakarta, Gizmologi – In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Telekomunikasi Selular, there were several changes including the main commissioner of Telkomsel. Previously, the main commissioner of Telkomsel was Wishnutama Kusubandio, but has changed to Diaz Hendropriyono.
PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte Ltd. (Singtel) as shareholders have determined several changes in the board of directors and commissioners. This determination is also in line with Telkomsel's strategy to participate in Advancing Indonesia through accelerating the development of mobile and fixed broadband services.
Wishnutama has been the main commissioner of Telkomsel since February 2021. Not only has the position of the main commissioner of Telkomsel changed, but there are also new names in the ranks of Telkomsel's commissioners.

Who is Diaz Hendropriyono, Telkomsel's New President Commissioner?
Diaz Hendropriyono, Telkomsel's new chief commissioner, is also currently serving as Deputy Minister of Environment. In addition, he is the son of General AM Hendropriyono, former Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) who served from 2001 - 2004.

From the composition of the board of directors, it looks unchanged, Nugroho is still the main director of Telkomsel since December 8, 2023. Previously, Nugroho served as Telkomsel's Network Director from 2021 to 2023.
