XLSmart New Logo and Target for Customers in 2027

The new board of directors and board of commissioners announced in March are now in place. The company said the structure demonstrates a commitment to balanced governance, customer-centric decision-making and innovation based on long-term goals.
With a combined market share of 25%, projected proforma revenue of Rp45,8 trillion, and a customer base of over 94,5 million, XLSmart aims to be the most loved company in Indonesia by 2027.
“Our focus remains the same and very clear, the customer,” said Rajeev.
"We will continue to operate our flagship brands to serve mobile and home broadband customers through XL, AXIS, and Smartfren as well as MSME and corporate customers through XLSMART for Business—while improving service quality, expanding coverage, and delivering a smarter and more integrated digital experience," he continued.

He also emphasized that the company will provide good service in big cities and remote areas. In addition to showing its targets, the company also showed its latest identity or logo.
This logo shows a strong reflection of the company’s ambition and commitment. The main visual sign of the brand is the “Infinity World” logogram, which symbolizes limitless connectivity and endless opportunities.
“The Infinity World logogram reflects our belief in limitless progress. Together with our customers, employees and partners, we are leading the acceleration towards a smarter and more connected nation,” said Rajeev.

This symbol is expected to be a dynamic gateway to new possibilities. Then, the company also has the tagline "Together, Moving Without Limits".
The tagline was created because of the spirit of the merger of the three companies. In addition, it is an invitation for customers, communities, and partners to move forward together as one. The brand's personality is bold, thoughtful, collaborative, and empowering, manifested through dynamic design and purpose-driven messaging.
