Jakarta, Gizmology – The vivo X200T has received several leaks, and it's rumored to launch in India in late January. The latest leak suggests the device will feature a fairly aggressive specs combination, from a high-resolution AMOLED display to a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset.
Vivo's move is seen as an effort to strengthen its position in an increasingly competitive market, especially as other brands are also starting to shift their flagships to more affordable price ranges than previous generations. With a price tag of INR 50.000 to 55.000, the Vivo X200T certainly isn't cheap, but it still falls short of super-flagship prices.
However, its status as a mere rumor means all these claims should be treated with caution. Furthermore, Vivo has yet to provide official confirmation regarding the design, camera configuration, or global release schedule.

Sharp Screen and 50MP Camera in All Directions

Based on leaks, vivo X200T will carry a 6,67-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels. In the camera sector, this phone is claimed to carry three 50MP sensors, each using Sony Lytia 702 as the main camera with OIS, Samsung ISOCELL JN1, and Sony Lytia 600. Unfortunately, until now it is not clear which one plays the role of ultrawide or telephoto.
The front camera is said to have a 32MP resolution, which is fairly standard for its class. If this configuration is accurate, the X200T seems to be aiming to emphasize consistent quality across all cameras, not just the main sensor. However, without information on lenses and software tuning, its actual performance remains questionable.
High Performance, Jumbo Battery, but Challenging Price
Under the hood, the Vivo X200T is reportedly powered by the Dimensity 9400+ and runs Android 16 out of the box, with the promise of five major updates and seven years of security patches. This is a rare plus on Android. Support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, eSIM, and IP68 and IP69 certifications further enhance its flagship feel.
A 6.200 mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging sounds impressive, although this capacity could potentially make the body thicker. With a price approaching the premium segment, the vivo X200T must truly prove that it is not just "specs on paper," but also superior in daily use.
