Heavy rainfall that has pounded Sumatra Island in recent days has triggered major flooding in several areas of West Sumatra, North Sumatra, and the Special Region of Aceh. The Chery Flood Care program is designed to provide convenience for the Chery Family (Chery car users) through various additional services.
The focus is on helping alleviate the burden on consumers who need vehicle repairs due to flooding and landslides. What forms of assistance are included in the Chery Flood Care program?

Chery Flood Care Offers Discounts and Free Towing

"We are deeply concerned about the current situation in various regions of Indonesia. Chery Flood Care is part of Chery's commitment and effort to prioritize customer-focused service in any situation," said Rifkie Setiawan, Head of Brand & Marketing Department at PT Chery Sales Indonesia.
The Chery Flood Care program is effective from December 1, 2025 to January 30, 2026. The focus of this program is to provide peace of mind through emergency assistance services.
This program is expected to expedite the evacuation and technical handling process, allowing the Chery Family to quickly recover their mobility. Chery is also providing free towing to the nearest authorized repair shop, accessible to all Chery car owners throughout Indonesia affected by the Sumatran floods and landslides.

In addition to emergency assistance, Chery Family members whose vehicles were affected by the floods can take advantage of a 50 percent discount on all components (spare parts) with a maximum discount of up to IDR 5.000.000, as well as a 10 percent discount on repair services. This incentive is designed to ease the burden of repair costs and speed up the vehicle recovery process, allowing Chery families to return to their activities more quickly after the flood and landslide disaster.
