This prestigious accolade is shared with 100 other outstanding companies from around the globe. Fast Company’s list of Best Workplaces for Innovators recognizes organizations and businesses that prioritize innovation at every level.
Emphasizing its collaboration with Accenture, the Best Workplaces for Innovators List meticulously evaluates and ranks 100 companies representing a diverse array of industries. These industries include but are not limited to entertainment, biotech, consumer packaged goods, marketing, technology, education, health, and many others. From 2 December 2022 to 17 February 2023, at least 1,000 companies have applied to be included in the Best Workplaces for Innovators.
The editor Fast Company and Accenture researchers assess each applicant separately. The scores from both are then combined to create a ranking list.The program provides concrete examples of internal innovation and addresses inquiries regarding investments, company-wide programs and processes, and workplace culture, with a focus on DE&I initiatives.
Apart from Tokopedia, other winners who made it to this list were: Canva, Adobe, Spotify, IBM, Roblox, L’Oréal, Nestlé USA, Walmart and many more.
Reasons why Tokopedia is listed as Best Workplaces for Innovators

Created and developed internally, Tokopedia has complete flexibility to customize the MyNakama application according to the rapidly growing needs of employees and organizations.
