Recently Mortal Kombat had been teasing their fans with the news of their new movie. This fighting game that famous with their special ‘Fatality’ move is starting to make their own live-action movie.
Mortal Kombat is a fighting game developed by Midway Games’ Chicago studio in 1992. This fantasy-themed fighting game named Mortal Kombat was the first-ever fighting game to introduce secrete fighter if the player fulfilled a set of requirements.
The game has a reputation for high levels of violence, including, the most famous Fatality. This move was finishing move at the end of the fight. As the series goes any kinds of character and storyline revealed, this also includes Fatality.

Last year, NetherRealm Studio as one of the developers of the game released the new sequel of MK in The Game Awards. This new sequel was the continued from Mortal Kombat X, the new game itself named Mortal Kombat 11, and maybe this new sequel will be the last MK sequel.
Joe Taslim Cast As Sub-Zero in Mortal Kombat
Not long ago it was reported that an actor from Indonesia Joe Taslim will play in the new Mortal Kombat Movie. Taslim staring one of the characters from Mortal Kombat named Sub-Zero.
Sub-Zero was one of the original characters featured in the 1992 game. Sub-Zero is known for his attacks involving ice. He has a long-running rivalry with similarly garbed fellow kombatant Scorpion.
Taslim’s is the first deal to close for Mortal Kombat, which is set to shoot later this year in southern Australia.
And Greg Russo as one of the screenwriters of this live-action movie said that later in the movie there will be a fatality scene like in the game itself. As we know, the fatality in Mortal Kombat was famous for their life-like graphic and the sadistic.
It was for sure that this movie adapted from R rated game will also be given an R rated. So the movie can only be watched by those that age 17 years or older. And also it was not sure that this movie will be allowed in some particular country because of their goriness.
The live-action Mortal Kombat movie itself will be released at the coming March 5th, 2021. Maybe some of you think 2 years is very long and cannot wait, but you can satisfy your curiosity with the oncoming teaser.
